Inspired by the URL Radio Beer Run

Other ideas that were inspired by the URL Radio Beer Run (http://www.urlradio.net).
The Wine Craft Show. Walking around a big craft show snockered up on wine.

The Beer Chess Tournament. Play chess and with every piece you lose to the opponent, you drink a beer.

Shots for Tots. You get sponsored by people per shot. So someone could sponsor you at $1 a shot until you give up or pass out. The money would buy toys for needy kids for Christmas.

The Drinking Olympics. An obstacle course interspersed with tables of drinks, so as they continue with the course, they get more and more stumbling-over drunk. The gold medals are actual public transportation tokens so they get home safely.

The Designated Driver Carnival—While the others are spending all their money on booze, the DD’s are winning fabulous cash and prizes on a midway where they get to knock over cut-outs of drunk cartoon figures.

On January 7th,1904 the distress call ‘CQD’ was introduced. ‘CQ’ stood for ‘Seek You’ and ‘D’ for ‘Danger’. This lasted only until 1906 when it was replaced with ‘SOS’, which officially stands for nothing. I wonder if ICU812 was ever considered?
